We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared hosting plans!

If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund.

  • Hosting fees paid during the first 30 days
  • First-time customers only

What's NOT Covered:

  • Domain registration fees (non-refundable)

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

✓ First Purchase Only

The money-back guarantee applies only to your first purchase with PieHost. Renewal payments and subsequent purchases are not eligible.

✓ No Policy Violations

Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

✓ Legitimate Reason

You must provide a legitimate reason for the refund request. Accounts used for fraudulent activities are not eligible.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain Names:

    Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable. This is due to the immediate cost we incur with domain registrars.

  • SSL Certificates:

    Purchased SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued.

  • Administrative Fees:

    Any setup fees, migration fees, or administrative charges are non-refundable.

  • Renewals:

    Hosting plan renewals are not covered by the money-back guarantee.

  • Third-Party Services:

    Any third-party services, applications, or add-ons are subject to their own refund policies.

Account Termination

Promotional Discounts
