Terms & Conditions

General Terms

All services, payments, and registrations are subject to terms and privacy policies.

Fund / Credit Balance

Refunds or credit-backs are managed via PieHost wallet and are non-refundable.

Domain Registration

Clients must verify domains; PieHost not responsible for invalid/failed registrations.

General Terms

1. All prices can be reviewed at https://www.piehost.in at any time.
2. Acceptable payment methods for services are provided on the official website.
3. Invoices are generated 7 days before the payment due date. Late payment may result in suspension or termination and a late fee.
4. Subscription-based payments can be canceled anytime, but refund/credit-back isn’t applicable after 7 days.
5. By registering, you agree to receive emails including third-party offers. Unsubscribe via the link in newsletters. All registration info is subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. If a product offers free migration, it applies only to the same platform (e.g., cPanel to cPanel, Plesk to Plesk). Cross-platform migration is not free.

Fund / Credit Balance

1. No refund after funds are added to the PieHost Wallet (Credit Balance).
2. Credits in PieHost wallet are non-refundable.

Domain Registration

Clients are responsible for verifying domain registration. PieHost accepts no liability for failed registrations due to software/network errors, incorrect info, or late payments. Report issues within 7 working days via help@piehost.in.

Backups & Recovery

1. Free backup is complimentary and automated. Only available if stored on our servers.
2. Accounts >10GB or 100,000 inodes are not included in backups.
3. Clients are responsible for all data; PieHost is not liable for data loss.
4. Backup rotation is weekly; max 4 backups retained.
5. No backup provided if the account is suspended due to non-payment.

Disk Space

At least 90% of web pages must be linked properly. Sites with no HTML or large unlinked files may have files deleted or accounts canceled. Downloading media/music/software is prohibited in shared, unlimited, and reseller plans.

Adult Content & Spam Policy

1. Adult content such as pornography or nudity is prohibited.
2. Zero tolerance against unsolicited emails, spam, or bulk emailing. Violators will be terminated with no refund.
3. Bulk mailing limits: max 100 mails per cPanel account; violations result in suspension.

Prohibited Content

1. IRC-related content
2. Proxy scripts
3. Illegal downloads (music/media/mp4/software)
4. Torrents
5. Background processes on shared servers
6. Warez, hacking tools, exploits
7. Sites promoting illegal activities
8. Hacker-focused sites
9. Video/Music streaming prohibited on Linux Shared & Reseller hosting
10. IP scanners
11. Domains infringing trademarks or adult content may be deleted/suspended; no refund.
12. Repeated copyright violations will be suspended/terminated.
13. Backups stored in user accounts are the customer’s responsibility; PieHost not liable for hacks, malware, or data loss.

Reactivation Fee

Accounts suspended due to malware, phishing, or prohibited content require a reactivation fee of Rs. 3000 INR. No rebate applies.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

PieHost may modify Terms & Conditions anytime. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Review terms frequently. If you disagree, you are not authorized to use the services.
